Exchange or Return of Goods

At our store, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy for our grocery products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the package within a week of delivery. Please ensure that the product has not been damaged by the customer. Yes, we do deliver on public holidays. However, please note that extra charges will be applied for deliveries on these days. Is next-day delivery available on all orders?


Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No, you don’t need to be present for the delivery. Our delivery team will leave the parcel either with the lobby or in front of your house door. They will call or send a WhatsApp message in advance, so you can inform them whether you’ll be there or if they should leave the parcel with the lobby or in front of the door. We aim to make the delivery process as convenient as possible for you.
